Apr 01, 2011I also bought the 32 and 33 ink cartridge because it is listed as compatable on the box! But it is not! Had such a hard time opening the box and taking out the cartridges, the box and other materials were totally ruined. Spent $54 dollars on this and am VERY unhappy with this. Again, it is directly listed on the box as compatable. Want my money back!

Jan 17, 2011I bought 32 and 32 ink cartridges for my X5410; printer says they are incorrect. I paid $55! Please tell me how to make the printer accept these cartridges. Otherwise, I want my money back! From the comments, I see this has been happening since 2009--why are these cartridges still being sold?

Nov 24, 2009Same question. Bought a box with 32/33 combo cartridges, the x5410 printer was listed on the cover of the box, but when I put the cartridges in my printer it tells me they`re incorrect. What a pain!
