Feb 05, 2010Bought 2 (black & color) replacement cartridges (Dell series 7) from Enviroinks and neither one was fully compatible with my Dell 968w All-In-One printer. They both show as "empty" when installed. I was able to print from my PCs and make copies (if I answered the error message) but the printer would not print incoming faxes. I would get the message "print cartridges empty, replace to print faxes". These replacement cartridges rendered the "Fax" part of my printer useless!!! Enviroinks blamed Dell, but they are the ones that claimed their cartridges were fully compatible.
