Nothing but good words for this ink

The black ink in the Epson 127 is good and I have been buying it for several years, having previously owned the WorkForce 610 and now 630.

I have not used this ink yet so am not sure what the situation is... but... the box does NOT have the XL on it as indicated in the picture. It does say high capacity though. The box is a little different then the other inks I bought through a different company so I'm just not sure if this is a knock or not. Just be aware. It's cheap enough even with shipping that I figured I don't have that much to loose. I will keep my eye on it though once I use it in my printer.

Printer Ink

As it is the genuine brand, I cannot complain. It definitely works as good as the original ink cartridge that came with my Epson printer.

Great ink capacity and color

Don't be fooled by OEM inks. This is the real deal. I use my Epson printer just about every day. So far the ink cartridges have lasted over 4 months. I just replaced 2 cartridges - the black and cyan. The color quality is outstanding as is the printer. I had the Canon Pixma and HP printers previously and was replacing the ink every other month.

Use the Original NOT an OEM

We own a small consulting and benefit brokering business. We create a lot of printed documents, manuals, forms and presentations for our clients. For the past three years we have primarily used our Epson WorkForce 635 for normal day to day printing. Trying to save expenses we have purchased several OEM cartridges. They are not worth any savings. They leak or don't last anywhere as long as the Epson. Stick with the originals. OEM? Yes Please!

Alright, I'll admit it. I'm a sucker for OEM products so yes, I pay for the good stuff.. But not as much as I would at a retail store. Purchasing this on Amazon was cheaper so I'm in a win/win situation as far as getting the item I want and at a discounted price. Like most ink these days, it was a very simple process to install. However, make sure the read the instructions carefully during installation, as there is a piece of film that should not be removed, as the printer will puncture it automatically when you install it.

Bigger IS a better value

Love the Epson printers for the convenience of only changing the ink cartridges that are actually out. The larger capacity cartridges really do make better financial sense. Even if you cringe at the initial cost of the cartridge, it has great longevity and continues to give great results until the ink runs out.
