Yesterday, I wrote a one star review stating that this vendor sent me the wrong product. I was not happy. The vendor read my review and immediately sent me an email asking for the details. Then without further discussion, they issued a credit to my charge card AND wrote me a written apology. I must say I am impressed. Mistakes happen. This vendor proactively when the extra mile to remedy the situation. As a result, in the future, I will look to them from my ink needs.

Order was shipped before promised. Packaged and new. Worked just fine. Will order again if needed. Other than that make sure you read the product detail. This is the LIGHT cyan. My printer came with light cyan/ and (plain) cyan

This ink lasts much longer than other brands of printers I have used, and it appears to be the most economical.

These cartridges were just like any I'd buy at a supply chain. They were fresh and worked perfectly in my machine, and they are long lasting. I would definitely buy again.

Any of our local stores cannot even come close in matching price for this ink set. Plus free shipping makes it an even better deal. Just with that the black was included with this.

Good Stuff

While this Epson ink is more expensive than some generic ink I used to order for my old Epson printer, since purchasing the Epson Artisan 800 printer I have stuck with the recommended ink and am happy that I have. Everything I print comes out beautifully and I've had zero problems with the printer. Buying it through Amazon.com saves a few dollars, it always arrives when promised and I remain a happy Amazon.com customer.

The first website I go is Amazon.com, usually can not beat the prices, quality and fast shipping/delivery, which is usually free with a pruchase of $25 or more. This purchase was exactly as described and the best price I could find.

Epson Original Ink

Prompt delivery and a good price. I tried using recyled off brand ink and I am sure it ruined my printer. I only buy original now and am very pleased. It costs a bit more than recycled ink, but the peace of mind is worth it.
