HP Black laser cartridge for CP3505dn HP color laser printerCouldn't be easier to use. Just pull the old cartridge out, pull the orange tab on the new one to remove the protective plastic strip inside, and insert back into the printer. Great price via Amazon and speedy delivery at no charge. What more could you ask for???

Compare to the 05A, this cartridge has higher cost performance (6500 pages for about $140).
However, it seems like my printer can not get the correct number of page printed for this cartridge.

Better try it out when you get it...Got this when I bought my P2055dn from an Amazon retailer. Didn't open it. When the cart that came w/ printer died, put this in and it was DEFECTIVE. The retailer said "Sorry Charlie- 30 days to return bad stuff." Called HP and they are sending a replacement. I LOVE HP..... WHAT A WONDERFUL COMPANY THAT BACKS UP WHAT THEY SELL. I have been and HP customer for more than 35 years. Excellent Company.
However, if you get this cart, and plan to use it 'later" make sure you figure out it works.
Not GoodPurchased two of these from J&R Music and Computer World via Amazon. Opened one - didn't work. Two emails requesting return authorization remain unanswered. Very poor service from J&R Music and Computer World
Best Bang for the BuckIf you have a compatible printer such as the P2055 then this cartrige from HP is the most cost effective compared to the 05A. For business users I would think this cartridge is a no brainer. I've not used it enough to say whether there are any issues or limitations of using this cartridge.
