Exactly as depicted - plus bonus!Though I wouldn't have minded receiving the ink in a different package than what is shown as some people have remarked (it's just office supplies for heaven's sake, not a gift or collectible#, I DID receive this package as depicted from Infinite Surplus #all 3 inks in the same box), plus it even had a bonus 5 sheets of photo paper in it! GREAT bargain for an expensive product.

Good value -saved over $20 over normal store prices.Arrived in less time than expected. It was original item but not in box which had me concerned at first. Overall met expectations and exceeded on delivery.
Appearance DifferentI just received the HP Combo pack and it was three individual cartridges rather than the single box as shown in the picture. I don't know if it makes any difference as to the quality because they were all sealed and the expiration dates were all in 2010. It just wasn't what I expected.
Small GripeThe retailer does not send what you see. They send a two-pack with one additional cartridge to give you the three. You get what's advertised but not the way you think you will.
disappointedI was very happy with the price. The shipping was done very quickly. How ever what I received was a black and color combo with a separate black cartridge. This separate black cartridge is the one I installed first. We have a laser printer which we use for 90 percent of our printing so I am very disappointed that after less than a month the black cartridge is almost gone. It must not have been even 1/2 full, and maybe that is why it came separate. Maybe it was a fluke and I just got a bad one.
Product great...delivery not so greatI was very upset that I paid such a high price for shipping only to have my items arrive in a soft envelope via USPS mail. I will purchase this product in the future, but NOT from the same seller.

this order was not HP original as shown I purchased refurbished cartridges. The color ink did not work. asked to change the 96 to 94 at time of purchase before delivery. received email that it was sent 30 seconds after the order. now stuck with all 3 cartridges.
HP inkit is always great to receive a brand name product at such a great discount. all i can say is i will continue to purchase my hp ink from amazon.com. THANK YOU!!
