MESSYThe price was great but the black cartridge package was completely soaked with ink. When opened it went everywhere, messed up clothes and hands and floor. Was desparate and installed cartridge anyway and did not have a full ink level.
Bad cartridge Great serviceJust bad luck. Packaging was great. However, black cartridge inside sealed foil wrapping had leaked. Manufacturer defect most likely. Amazon return/refund was excellent, easy, fast. Good pricing so I might re-order.
Great ValueThe ink cost less than any retail store I visited and it was shipped directly to my house at no charge. What more could you ask for?

JW's ReviewThe ink cartridges worked fine once I got them installed. Both of the black cartridges from 2 different boxes were leaking inside the sealed foil packages. They were very messy to install and the ink on my hands was almost impossible to remove. The prices were a little cheaper than buying them from Lexmark, but I never haver had a problem with cartridges that I purchaed from Lexmark.
Good, but leakingI appreciated the cheaper price from Amazon for this duel pack of ink cartridges than what I found in any store. Although the ink cartidges work fine, my only complaint was that when I opened the package, the black ink cartridge had leaked inside the package, which meant that I got black ink all over my hands. That being said, it seems to be fine now that it is installed in my printer - it has not leaked since.
Frequent userI had problems with the product. The first one I received was damaged. Now the second one I received the black inkjet is suppose to last for 5000 pages, yet mine only lasted 150 pages. Seems something is majorly wrong with the product and I will contact Lexmark to let them know of the problems as well.
Great Printer--Ink lasts longerThe high yield ink really is high yield. Like another person said--ignore low ink status. I ordered ink when this message appeared. However it has been a month and a half and I am still printing and I print a lot. Much much better than all the HP printers that I have had.
Huge money lossThe red never worked in the color cartridge. I called Lexmark Support and after spending much time on the phone discovered that it was a problem with the cartridge and not the printer. I was told they would send me out a new cartridge. I never did received one. Stay away from Lexmark Printers. They are a huge money pit!!!!
the black ink was leaki bought 5 sets when opening the first set i found black cartridge leak but i put in the the printer it printed without fail
the printing quality good, i hope no leak for the rest sets
